So we are going to be stiffed with yet another unfair tax: Tax to pay for fast net access
And where will the money go? If you think it will go on better broadband you really are living in cloud-cuckoo-land. They are probably saving up for the next pointless war; or maybe to give themselves a nice big pay rise to make up for the lost expenses.

How can we complain about the Iranian government stifling criticism if we are doing the same thing?
